This notice covers thepikap.com and its “Get notified” form. Pikap Company runs this website.
What we collect
When you use “Get notified”, we keep your email address or phone number (or both), whether you are a rider, a driver or a partner, the language you chose, and when you sent it.
Why
We use these details only to tell you when Pikap launches. If you told us you are a driver or a partner, we also use them to get in touch with you about that.
How long we keep them
We keep them until we have told you about Pikap’s launch (and, if you are a driver or a partner, until we have been in touch about that), and we delete them sooner if you ask. Copies in our server’s backups are deleted within 14 days.
Seeing, correcting or removing your details
To see, correct or remove your details, email hello@thepikap.com and tell us the email address or phone number you gave.
Never sold
We never sell your details, and we don’t use them for advertising.
This website
This website has no advertising and no tracking. It loads nothing from other companies, and its public pages set no cookies.
It remembers the language you choose, in your own browser.
Our server keeps technical records of visits, such as IP addresses, to protect the site from misuse. Your email address and phone number are never written to these records. These records are deleted after 14 days, and any copies in our server’s backups within 14 days after that.
